Your screen resolution has to be 800X600 or higher.
To check and adjust:
anywhere on your Desktop, away from any icons:
Right-Click >> Properties >> Settings tab >> move
the slider to the right to increase the screen resolution.

Got Acrobat Reader? Click on the Acrobat Reader button
above to download.
Links to other sites are beyond our control. When a page does not
respond, clicking the "Refresh" button, or F5 (IE)
on your keyboard may work.
Also try again a few hours/days later, as the the site may be down
or the network congested.
Can I get all the windows to work
in just one?
No. The report is done so you can follow the text,
enriched by supporting web sites, images and documents.
The Active link stays red, marking
where you left off.
