Artists: register now for The Great Eco Fiesta T-Shirt Art Challenge! Get ready to take your place in the challenge arena to transform a plain T-Shirt into an environmental statement!

Join the circle of artists in a 1-hour long challenge to embellish your T-Shirt in your own unique way. Festival visitors will be able to watch as each T-Shirt emerges into a finished artwork.

Choose your tools from the supply cupboard and bring your own special ingredients, use any technique you want – paint, stitch, print, draw, trim or sculpt to make your T-Shirt into ART: wearable or not! Finished works will be displayed and can be offered for sale by artists.

Registration is free and must be received by Monday 23 May 2005. For details and registration information, please contact: Community Development, Townsville City Council
