          | Description: | Classic Revival style, two storey rendered brick 
            building, the facade of which is divided into five bays, the centre 
            bay projecting as a two tier entry topped by a pediment. Tuscan 
            order used for ground floor, Corinthian above. Parapets, cornices, 
            balustrades and entablature all elaborate and deeply 
        modelled. |
