What are they?

A key concept of the Townsville City Council community focused environmental and sustainable education and involvement programme is the provision of city-wide eco-catchment tours.

This catchment activity approach provides a unique educational and interactive opportunity, showcasing Townsville’s diverse landscapes, catchments and ‘coastal-scapes’, while working towards improving environmental understanding, enthusiasm and capacity both within the community and beyond.
